How to Practice Self-Care Through JOY🌟  

1. Embrace Childlike Wonder 
Tap into that childlike joy by trying something new or revisiting a hobby you loved as a kid. Take a walk outside, run through the park, dance like no one’s watching, or simply marvel at the beauty of God’s creation.  

2. Laugh Often
